Rents indicated are for the first occupancy listed. Each additional occupant up to the maximum is an additional $400/month.

All leases are for the full academic year, September through August. All rents include heat, water, and wireless internet. In addition, the rent for Apt. 6 includes electricity.

Parking for tenants is $2280/year ($190/month) additional for each parking slot, a discount from our regular rate of $200/month for non-tenants.

At signing, tenants are required to pay the security deposit (1.5 times one month's rent) and cleaning fee ($600 for Apt 1, $400 for other apartments).
